Team member status
Full team member
Pays for games in advance (full or half season)
A club vote is taken to decide whether to invite an associate member to become a full team member (a vote happens if the associate member indicates they want to become a full member and after 2 months of the associate joining the club)
When asked to be a full member a player is given a copy of the club ethos and rules and asked to confirm whether they want to be a full member
Associate team member
Pays £5 per game if they play 45 minutes (they do not have to pay if they play less than 45 minutes)
Associate members should expect to start a majority of games as substitute.
First and foremost we are a bunch of guys who want to enjoy playing football. We value fun, team spirit and fairness above winning.
We want to play good football. We would rather attempt to play good passing football than win and play ugly football.
We believe every team member is important and valued and should be treated as such.
Winning is enjoyable. We will attempt to win all competitive games taking into consideration the above more important points.
We respect those that give up their time to manage the club. Decisions made by these people can and should be questioned if someone disagrees with the decision. But where possible this should be done in person, and in the end the fact that they give up their spare time to run the club for us makes their decisions final.
