The Sporting Brixton old boys have announced their team for the 10th anniversary celebration game on the 4th September.

Looks like it should be a classic match followed by drinks and talk of the new season and the good old days.

Jose is back by popular demand as the Sporting Brixton captain for the 2010-11 season.

Club ethos

First and foremost we are a bunch of guys who want to enjoy playing football. We value fun, team spirit and fairness above winning.
We want to play good football. We would rather attempt to play good passing football than win and play ugly football.
We believe every team member is important and valued and should be treated as such.
Winning is enjoyable. We will attempt to win all competitive games taking into consideration the above more important points.
We respect those that give up their time to manage the club. Decisions made by these people can and should be questioned if someone disagrees with the decision. But where possible this should be done in person, and in the end the fact that they give up their spare time to run the club for us makes their decisions final.
